We understand that it is not always possible to get everything 100% right when it comes to online purchasing. Returns are a necessary function, and as such, we use the following rules when you are going to return any merchandise.
Let us know when you are returning any purchase. Our email address is email@example.com. Use appropriate packing and mailing service and always keep your receipt, as our prices and inventory are constantly changing.
We refund based on your original purchase receipt.
Refunds are given AFTER receipt of item and are refunded via PayPal. Purchases made with a credit card can take up to a week before the refund goes through, so we ask for your patience and understanding.
- Item(s) must be purchased from us.
- StravaMax is notified of return within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) are still new and unused and in its original amount and packaging.
- Item(s) must be received by us within 14 business days of you notifying us of the return (your mailing date).
- Return(s) must have original invoice or receipt.
