Standard Shipping Charges

We ship using Canada Post and USPS services. Your shipping total is calculated by the shopping cart on a continuous basis with any discounts reflected immediately. Overseas customers must add a premium based on weight. All details are shown below for shipping totals.

Upgrade to XPRESSPOST for orders requiring faster delivery service (US and Canada only). ExpressPost includes insurance and tracking. Please note that ExpressPost upgrade is not refundable for returns. See table below for details.

1. Taxes:

   Canadian customers are charged the appropriated GST / HST charges by the shopping cart. We DO NOT collect duty or taxes for USA and international customers. For international orders (USA or Overseas) any taxes or fees will/may be collected by the post office or appropriate authorities where and if applicable.

2. How long do you take to ship? Generally we ship the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or Postal Holidays. If we do not have an item in stock you will be notified and given any options that are available for that product.

3. Your mailing address and receipt of payment will be emailed to you once your payment has been received (within 12 hours). Please review this information that it is correct.
