StravaMax Return Policy

We understand that it is not always possible to get everything 100% right when it comes to online purchasing. Returns are a necessary function and as such we use the following rules when you are going to return any merchandise.

Let us know when you are returning any purchase. Use appropriate packing and mailing service and always keep your receipt as our prices and inventory are constantly changing.

We refund based on your original purchase receipt.

Return Policy:

• Item(s) must be purchased from us.
• StravaMax is notified of return within 30 days of purchase.
• Item(s) are still new and unused and in its original amount and packaging.
• Item(s) must be received by us within 14 business days of you notifying us of the return (your mailing date).
• Return(s) must have original invoice or receipt.
• Refunds are given AFTER receipt of item and refunded via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you will be provided with a store credit.
