Becoming a StravaMax Customer
If you want to become a customer, you will need to know the following information:
There is no special membership or sign-in process to get our products. We do remember returning customers and there are incentives that we can tailor around your needs. However, we cherish all our customers, big and small.
We use PayPal, which includes the ability to use some credit cards for payment. We don't accept mail-in payments.
All required contact information is provided to you at the point of sale via PayPal. We will send you a confirmed mailing address. All your payment information is secured with PayPal and we do not ask you for any personal information.
StravaMax is a Canadian-based company that sells primarily to US & Canadian customers. We do have overseas customers, but if you are overseas, you should contact us for shipping information prior to placing your order.
